- What is self storage and how does it work?
Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.
- How much does self storage cost?
Our rates vary between unit sizes and type of storage. For more information about our pricing, check out our rates page.

- Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, and other items covered in the lease agreement. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
- What is the best way to pack a unit?
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

- What are some helpful tips for moving into my unit?
We pride ourselves on making things as simple as possible for our customers. For helpful tips on packing and organizing your unit, head on over to our storage tips page.
- Do I need to bring my own lock?
You can bring your own lock from home or purchase an industry-approved Chateau Disc lock in our office!
- When can I access my storage unit?
Any day, any time. 24/7 access lets you store on your schedule. You’ll get an access code for the gate when you rent!
- Is there a minimum amount of time I have to rent?
Not here. Rent month-to-month without getting stuck in a lease you can’t break. There are no minimum terms or early termination fees!
- How do I move out?
Let us know you plan to move out in writing by the 27th of the month so you aren’t charged for another month. You can clean out your storage unit and sweep it, then you’re good to go!
- Who do I contact if I have a question?
You can contact us online or call us at 334-361-1111.
- What do I need to rent a storage unit?
You’ll need to show a valid ID and complete some paperwork. Renters must be at least 19 years old. Complete your rental online and lock in your unit today!
- Is there an admin fee?
Yes, there’s a one-time administrative fee when you rent your storage unit.
- What size storage unit should I rent?
You can check out our size guide to get a better idea of what each storage unit size will fit. You can also contact us to discuss specifically what you’re storing. We’ll make sure you get the right fit!
- What kind of vehicle storage do you offer?
We offer uncovered storage for boats, RVs, cars, trailers, and campers!
